After few months waiting, we are proud to annonce that our whole beers are organic, perennials and ephemerals!

The Brewery
Located in the city of Colmar (Alsace, France) in the Grillenbreit neighbourhood, the brewery sits within an old cotton manufacture “Berglas-Kiener” witch was standing there back in the day. It is still possible to admire the XIX old century plant construction including its impressive red brick chimney.
The Brewpub
Having a brewery, it’s great… but adding a brewpub, it’s even better! In addition to our 7 different draft beers you can also delight a selection of Rhum, Whisky and local wine from Alsace.
You will be able to see the production process and the workers while enjoying a great beer.
